I live in Florida and contacted Stephanie over the phone because I was headed to Tennessee on vacation and I saw on their website they had a 2018 Yamaha YXZ1000R SS SE sport side by side that I was interested in. We negotiated the price over the phone. When I showed up during my vacation to pick it up everything was exactly as we discussed, no hidden fees or bs. Stephanie even came into work on her day off to accommodate me while I was on my vacation to help finalize the deal and deliver the machine. I greatly appreciate Stephanie and the staff there, they were all very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The whole process was easy and painless, except for forking over that much cash, ha ha ha, although I saved a ton of cash buying it here instead of florida. Whenever I am in the market for another toy I will be calling Stephanie again even from florida.
This was my first motorcycle and Jordan was very professional and made the process of buying my 2018 gsx250r very simple. I will for sure be back to this place in the future.

Let me start off by saying I have good intentions most of the time to pass along my experiences good or bad in the moto world but sorry to say I typically don't take the time to write reviews. I have been riding for over 30 years and owned about that many different bikes in that time. I buy/sell/trade often so I can experience a lot of different bikes. I have always kept my bikes serviced and clean and keeps value high and cost of ownership low due to bike retaining good resale value. That is the reason I rarely trade especially at a dealership, due to lowball trade offers and over-valuing the bikes they are selling. In my experience no matter how good the bike you're trading, the dealership typically gets the best of the deal. Now to the point of my review. I've been in many dealerships and spoke with many salesman and my overall experience at Yamaha of Knoxville was better than any other time at any other dealer car or motorcycle I can remember. I stopped in on my Harley Dyna with intentions of riding a 2013 Yamaha Super Tenere they were selling used. Travis Walker introduced himself and within minutes we were trading funny riding storys. He offered for me to ride the bike and pointed out a good route to ride it. He also inquired if I was trading the Dyna and ask if the Harley of Knoxville next door could look over my bike and make me an offer. After riding the Tenere I decided I wanted to go back to riding an adventure bike and try to make a deal that I could live with. Travis put together a quick dealer sheet and we went over the trade offer. We negotiated for less than an hour and I felt they offered a fair deal. I had tried selling the Harley on Craigslist for the past few weeks and had not got the offer I wanted. Yamaha offered a very fair price for the Dyna and that brought the cost of the Tenere down to a price I was willing to pay the difference of. Now here is where they outshined anyone else, after final bike inspection the service department found both fork seals were leaking and the aftremarket pipe had burned the rear signal slightly on the Tenere. They offered to replace both seals and the signal light at no cost and apoligized for not catching it on first inspection. That would have cost me $600-800 to have fixed. Factoring in that and their professionalism they will get my future business.If you are looking for a new bike or used bike I would highly recommend stopping in at any of the three dealerships as they are partnered with Harley of Knoxville and Indian/Triumph as well as selling Honda and Suzuki.Cheers,Chad

Purchased a 2015 Suzuki Burgman 400 Scooter June 2016. I have put 9,400 miles on the scooter this year. All routine service and oil changes have been performed here at Honda of Knoxville. I couldn't be more please with the Scooter, Sales, or Service that I have received during this time.
Excellent experience from sales to service to parts.. Scott Tolliver is very helpful and knowledgeable when buying and I just had my first service done today. Lane and the crew were great! And, as always, I had another great experience picking up some parts I ordered after loading the Viking on the trailer. Great place to do business and very nice facility.

Well, I said I would be back and I am! Dee, once again took care of us without any fuss! They didn't have what I wanted so she found my beautiful PCX150 in dark blue and had it delivered and QUICK. Dee is a GREAT asset to the Honda dealership and once again, we will be back!
Dee and the staff here at HYS Knoxville are the only folks you need to talk to. I drove in from out of state because their prices are SO competitive that they beat my local Southwest Va dealers by so much that I could make the drive down and trade up and still come up several hundred dollars cheaper. Dee and Greg were knowledgeable, courteous, reasonable and professional. this is one of those dealerships where the staff WANTS to sell you a great product at a GREAT PRICE and is totally focused on YOUR SATISFACTION. Ian Breitner the service manager has worked above and beyond for my service of my triumph with their corporation to get new saddlebags for my bike, because bags had a defect in them.
See was absolutely awesome! She was very knowledgeable on the ATVs they had and was able to help me locate and purchase the Honda Rubicon that I needed. I will be back to buy all my future ATV needs. The whole group of people there were awesome and made the whole process easy.
Great experience across the board! Our sales member Dee was fantastic and really worked with us to make sure the bike was exactly the way we wanted it. Being almost 2 hours away, it was well worth the trip for the customer service alone. Clean, professional, and exactly what you should expect from a dealership.
In a time where customer service is going down the tubes my sales rep(Dee) came in on her day off to just show me a couple of bikes and give me info on what I was wanting. Who does that today? These guys do that's who. There was no pressure from anyone there and in fact even the sales reps that wasn't working with me were kind and made you feel welcomed. There was an incident with the bike I bought and the entire team jumped in and took care of it and made sure I was satisfied with their decision. All I can say is if your thinking about buying go to these guys first cause it will be your last stop. Great job you guys I'm highly satisfied with the whole expierence. Thank you.

This place has a great inventory of atvs, utvs and motorcycles with a top notch service center and parts department. This along with the professional, super friendly staff its 5 stars all the way. Worth the drive to Knoxville from Atlanta. I had visited 5 dealerships in the Atlanta area looking for a Kawasaki Nomad. I happened to find one at this dealership and interestingly enough, they had made an error with the photos and listing. When I called to inquire, Judd jokingly asked how much I charged to correct their website. After finding the bike I was looking for was there, and the updated listing, Judd was very prompt in replying. This dealership is never pushy and after several texts and phone calls for haggling, they had the bike held for me for a weekend trip. With the experience I had with other dealers in the Atlanta area, it was refreshing to step into a dealer where they had everything ready. Judd handed me off to Clint as he was not working the day I arrived and Clint was very prepared. Allowed me ample time for a test ride (several hours), no pressure and when it was time to sign the papers, 10 minutes and they were helping me load up. Although I am out of the area, if I am ever in the market for another bike, this dealership will be my first stop. Worth the 175 mile drive to not have to deal with the "stealerships" in Atlanta

It took much longer than I thought for the Financial approval from Y12 after I recieved the call from Clint stating I was approved. Evan, and Scott put up with all of my crazy questions and did not belittle my lack of knowledge about the process and specific Motorcyle I was purchasing. I was traveling from Toledo Ohio back to Tyndall AFB, Florida when an unfortunate CPU failure broke my bike in Knoxville. It is worth the 150 mile drive to deal with this dealer. Clint was very professional and was quick to let me know that they wanted to do everything that he could do to earn me as a customer. We made the deal over the telephone and when I arrived at the dealership although Clint was off that Monday everything was just like he described. Eric and everyone in the parts department were very helpful and knowledgeable. The receptionist made you feel very welcomed and everything just clicked like a well oiled machine. I purchased my 2004 Kawasaki Vulcan VN800A in April 2014. I am very happy with my purchase. I have put almost 11,000( Yes, That is Eleven Thousand) miles on it in less than 3 months.
Jeremy and Tyler were awesome to work with during my recent purchase. This may sound like a complaint, but I fully intend it as a compliment...As I was making my decision, I actually had to ask them to run some numbers for me and then to actually let me complete the credit application. That is the complete opposite from every other automobile purchasing experiece that I've ever had. Usually, its "What can we do to put you in this vehicle today?" And what a pain that is! And never once did they try to up-sell me to something with the low, low price of way-out-of-your-budget! This just felt relaxed... it was more like those guys were just showing a buddy around and not trying to force a sale. I really appreciated the respect that they showed me, and they have earned any of my future business. Also, the ladies at the front desk made me feel very at home and the folks at the parts/accessories counter had the same no pressure sales attitude that seems so elusive these days. I wanted a few things that they didnt have in stock/are not able to order, and they gladly gave me some advice on where I should look. Its like everyone really tries to do what is best for their customer, not just what brings in the most money. Overall, i'm just really impressed by these folks, and I am proud to cruise around town on my new Honda!

LEAKING FORK SEALS ! ! ! ! SEAL MATE----SEAL MATE--------SEAL MATE-------SEAL MATE-------- Okay guys and ladies we've all had leaking fork seal at sometime, RIGHT ! Your at the track or just come in from a ride, you look down and there it is oil coming down your fork. The first thing you see is dollar signs, correct. We'll here is the problem solver, SEAL MATE get yours at the Honda shop for only $4.99. I just learned that the SEAL MATE should be in every bodies tool box that rides ! It take about 15 minute of taking your time with a clean rags, the SEAL MATE, and a flat head screwdriver. I'm not trying to take any sales from the service department, because these guys do a great job. But if your like me sometimes it hard come up with the money at the last minute. So, get off your computer, laptop, or smartphone get to the Honda shop and get your SEAL MATE ! you'll wish you had it at the track to finish that last race ! Thanks, John p.

As I was leaving the lady at front was sure to ask if I had found everything I was looking for and wished me a good day. I found something with this store that you rarely find anywhere! I want to let everyone that reads this know how great the guys at Honda Yamaha of Knoxville are to deal with. Ive never purchased a new bike before and was skeptical as to what kind of 'deal' I would get. Eric, the sales manager, was very fair and made it very clear that my business was important to him and the staff. From the moment I initially spoke with Eric until the second I rode out of the showroom, the service and treatment that I recieved was not 5 star, it was 10 star. Take it from someone that has always avoided dealerships UNTIL NOW, if you are interested in a Honda or Yamaha or any other brand that Eric and his staff have in stock, you would be foolish to even think of dealing with anyone else. My experiance with this dealership has been great, I had been looking for a used crusier online and other dealerships from the minute that my wife and I walked into your showroom we were greeted by Tyler Underwood and he was so helpful, was able to set me up with my purchase of my Yamaha cruiser, I have purchased several items from the parts dept and Dee was very helpful in the two things that I had to order for my bike. Ronnie and the staff in the service dept were great also with service like this I will not take my bike anywhere else. I just wish that they had more Yahama apparrel on ther shelfs. Great experiance and would recommend this dealership and staff to everybody I know...
I was glad to see that there were new faces at the dealership. I had visited about 4 yrs ago and wasn't very happy. There is "life" there now and I was happy with my experience this time. The sales staff made sure I was being taken care of and made me feel at home. They have pulled an old customer back into their rightful place.
The couple of days that I was in the store prior to my purchase, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They were helpful and imformative when I was asking questions about different products. I went to two other dealrships while shopping around, one dealership I was ignored and the second, I was insulted. The people at Honda Yamaha of Knoxville helped make my decision on where and what I wanted to spend my money on.

Today i had the joy of putting the staff to work and i must say work they did. I have nothing but good to say about all the staff from sales to parts everyone was great. the service was fast and friendly. there overall attitudes were great very down to earth. they never did try to push anything on me and allowed me the time to look over everything and hash out all my options. again i am so very thankfull and happy with the service i recieved!
I sold my 2010 Harley Electro Glide Ultra Classic and purchased a 2012 Goldwing at Honda-Yamaha of Knoxville. I LOVE the Goldwing, and now wonder why I had a Harley in the first place. I love the Goldwing, but I love the dealership even more. I have been riding for 55 years and owned many motorcycles, but I have never felt so welcome at a dealership before. EVERY ONE of the employees goes out of their way to help you, and it is just great fun to hang around the place. It feels like home. How they ever assembled such a nice group of employees I don't know, but I think it has paid off, because I heard they just had their best year ever, and that is really something in this economy. Keep up the excellent job.
Today I picked up my new Pro Taper bars and asked for tips on installing the new grips. I was given the best advice for installing them. The grips went on the easiest and quickest ever. Stop by and see Michal Paul for the secret. Thanks again for the great service as always.
I made my first purchase of a scooter from Honda Yamaha of Knoxville three years ago. Although it was a small Chinese model, I was treated as if I had purchased a Honda Gold Wing. Now after trading up to a maxi scooter with you, and numerous regular maintenance service visits in between, I can say customer focus is your regular style of operation. Thank you!

I have an older bike ('89 Honda PC800) I've recently had a new rear tire, and a original Honda radio for the PC installed on my bike. I found the service staff to provide excellent and caring service. Work was done carefully and professionally. In addition, while waiting for my tire to be installed the staff in the show room was friendly, and welcoming. thorughly pleasant experience. I will continue to use Honda of Knoxville for my service needs and wll recommend them to all.
My 2010 Majesty now has 15,000 trouble-free miles. I just returned from a 2700 mile ride to Canada. The Gold Wing and Harley riders were amazed at the performance of my Majesty. It averaged 58 mpg and used no oil. We took on some 10% grades that left air cooled Harley's overheating while the Majesty remained cool and responsive.
Tyler Carr and Eric Collins did an outstanding job locating the bike I wanted - 2010 Yamaha V-MAX. I have bought several bikes from Tyler and he is the reason I would never consider buying from any other dealer. And seeing that Ronnie Hodge is back as service manager, makes it even better.
Great place to buy from! Purchaced a new V star 1100 and some extras. Eric was a great help and everyone had a great attitude. Very informative and patient with all questions since this was my first bike. Will highly recommend them and will be back to purchase items again! Thanks again Eric!!
GREAT dealership/shop!!! love it. I got my first bike from them in '07 got a TT-R125 loved it. last year we got a '08 crf150r love it!! and we just got a rhino. man i can stop riding it. lol there always help me out with what ever i need! wether it is for one of the dirt bikes, or atvs, rhino. every one down their is very friendly and help full! their is not a better more friendly place in this area to buy from!!

Again my purchase experience with my 2010 Yamaha Majesty was excellent. Although I had a tight schedule to get back to work everyone pitched in and worked the trade-in, financing and road preparation in a very short two hours. I now have 700 miles on the Majesty and it fully meets my expectations. My previous vehicle was a QLink Pegasus 150 that was also an excellent vehicle for what I paid. My only disappointment was your selection of rain gear in stock on the day of my purchase. Thanks for being a first class operation.
QLink Pegasus 150 has been a joy to own. It combines low purchase cost with general reliability and roadability. Everyone there has been friendly and professional. When I needed a new storage box, due to being damaged, it was ordered and delivered correctly.

I hadn't rode a bike in 30 years, and wasn't comfortable having to re-learn how to shift, turn, and brake on the Clinton Highway. The salesman rode my VTX to Oak Ridge so I could get used to it on my neighborhood roads. That was 18 months ago, since then I've rode it from the Everglades to D.C. I love that bike. Thinking about going back for a Goldwing.
Not sure if this is the proper place to put this, but I wanted to say thanks for helping my buddies and I while we were riding at Windrock this past April. I broke a tie rod end and you guys happened to have one which saved a full day of riding, you brought one of my buds a new spark plug the next day, and you also had an outer CV joint for my buddies grizzly. Too bad for him it wasn't the correct one, but it paid off for me because it fit mine, which also started making a clacking noise after I had punctured a boot. Anyway, great folks to deal with. Thanks again for everything. Really came through for us in a time of need!
My wife and I were on the hunt for a couple of ATVs when we decided to check out Honda/Yamaha of Knoxville. As soon as we walked in the store, Jason greeted us with professionalism unsurpassed by any sales associate in the Southeast. To make a long story short, we ended up walking out with 2 new Grizzlies that day. Between Jason and Tyler, they made everything work out for us financially. Travis hooked us up with great financing through TVA. Drew was awesome as he treated my wife like a queen when he got her fitted with the right riding gear. And when all was said and done, the guys stayed after hours just talking to us, and let us know that they were there to help with whatever we needed. These guys are great, and I urge anyone to try and find a better dealership that is more knowledgeable, personable, professional, and above all...HONEST. I'll save you the time...you won't find it anywhere else! These guys are awesome! I will be back for accessories, servicing, etc. Just for the record...I have a Yamaha dealership 8 miles from my house, a Polaris dealer across the street, and a Honda/Yamaha/CanAm dealer 12 miles away. I chose to drive 45 miles to Knoxville to do business and I never will regret it. I will always go there, and you will feel the same if you stop in and say hi. Trust me! I am sending all my friends that way!

I purchased my QLink Pegasus scooter in October 2008. Eric Collins was my salesman and he was very helpful. In November I took the 150cc scooter in for its first oil change. YOur service department was professional and friendly. Now with 500 miles on the scooter I am impressed with the overall positive experience! Honda/Yahama of Knoxville is a high quality organization that did indeed carefully select a Chinese scooter manufacturer to sell. The QLink Pegasus was delivered in perfect condition and has remained so for the first 500 miles. It easily achieves 80-90 mpg and 60 mph! Thanks to the entire staff for keeping quality first and Happy New Year! :-)

WHILE DRIVING HOME FROM WING DING 2008 ON MY HONDA GOLDWING 1800 TRIKE, I LOST MY FRONT BRAKE PADS. KNOXVILLE WAS THE CLOSEST DEALERSHIP. THIS DEALERSHIP WAS AWESOME! EXTREMELY CLEAN! SERVICE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WAS QUICKLY ON MY WAY IN ABOUT 2 HOURS AND THE COST OF MY REPAIR WAS LESS THAN I HAD EXPECTED! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. SADLY TO SAY, THIS SHOP PUTS OUR LOCAL HONDA SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO SHAME.
